Our priority is adjusting to meet the needs of each client. Using the cognitive behavioral therapy approach, our psychologist is specialized in relationships, intimacy, adolecnts, expats, substance abuse, & business. Adapting to the presenting issues of the client, we also offer mediation, mentoring, educating/ advising, counseling, life coaching, & more.
Working world wide and with expats who frequently travel or cannot always meet at our location, online sessions allow the client to get support and/or therapy as needed. whether it be a sudden skype session to act as a mirror of business ideas (organizing plans/ thoughts) or pannicing about the issues surrounding a family member... LTS therapists are always accessable.
Depending on the nature of the client's issues, theraputic tasks/ assignments have proven to be a highly effective treatment method. Created for each individual/ circumstance, working the tasks continues therapy beyond the session. In some cases, reflecting & working on these tasks have become the entirety of the treatment plan. Puting the theraputic tools to work not only sustains progress, it also eoncourages by showing positive changes.
This method is so effective that other mental health professionals are eager to obtain/ implement them as well.

As a dual citizin of the U.S & Holland, I opened my practice focussing on expats and the international community. Drawing on my expertise, training, & personal experience, I am able to be effective and see results quickly with my clients.
Raised by entupreneur parents doing international business, I spent my entire life traveling. It was no suprise when i wanted to study abroad during my bachelors degree. However, even with all the exposure and experience, nothing really prepares you for living abroad. Even after 8 years of living in The Netherlands, I still find myself adjusting to the culture.
Difficult as it may be, being culturally sensetive is simply a quality needed in this day and age. It's my cultural awareness and sensetivity that has allowed me to sucessfully offer therapy internationally.
